Built on Hope. Grounded in Process.
The people, principles, and standards behind Anchor Remodel.
The People Behind Anchor Remodel
Anchor Remodel was founded by lifelong friends Andrew and Kyle, who grew up together in Rhode Island, where the anchor on the state flag symbolizes hope, a steady, grounding force. That idea of stability reflects how they run their work today: grounded in quality, steady in communication, and disciplined in execution.
Kyle grew up knowing that he had a passion for building beautiful things. While other 10-year olds spent their Saturday mornings watching cartoons, Kyle was watching This Old House, fascinated by craftsmanship, creativity, and how a team could come together to create something lasting. That passion carries into his role as company principal and project manager. On site, he leads contract teams, refines details, and ensures every project is executed with care. Humble about calling himself a master carpenter, his work speaks for itself.
Andrew’s path started in college strength and conditioning, with a focus on golf performance. His career brought him to St. Louis, where he met his wife, and then to Kansas City where he grew a golf performance program at a local country club.
When Andrew invited Kyle to his pre-wedding festivities in Kansas City in 2018, Kyle loved the city so much that he moved there. From a young age both Andrew and Kyle had known they had a dream to build a business, and in 2022 Anchor Remodel was born. Together, they form a dynamic duo: Andrew drives business development, while Kyle brings carpentry expertise, project management, and meticulous finish work.
We serve our clients with clarity. That means detailed plans, transparent pricing, and consistent communication from the first meeting through final walkthrough. Questions are answered. Expectations are defined. Nothing is left to assumption.
Our Kansas City team includes trusted architects, designers, and long-standing trade partners who take genuine pride in their craft. Materials are selected with intention. Details are resolved before construction begins. The result is work that lasts, not just visually, but structurally.
Every project follows a defined management process designed to create predictability. You’ll know what it costs, how long it will take, and what to expect at every stage.
When you hire Anchor Remodel, you don’t have to manage the process. You get to experience it, knowing your project is completed with care, communicated with transparency, and guided with steady leadership from start to finish.

With a background in real estate and new construction design, Kristi understands how to translate ideas into clear direction. Her role is to make the first step organized, productive, and straightforward — so you feel confident moving forward.
